This is where tests and investigations are carried out on clinical specimens to obtain information about the health condition of a patient to aid in diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease.
With a team of highly trained and experienced laboratory technicians and laboratory assistants, we aim to provide rapid and accurate results when carrying out and reporting both routine and emergency clinical human samples such as blood, urine, stool, tissues and various other body fluids, at the same time, ensuring maximum comfort to all patients.
Laboratory service was officially introduced at LHAH in April 2001 and the service has continued since then without any interruptions. Requisition forms are needed for each individual patient prior to accessibility of this service.
